Chicken & Cashew Pasta

If you're in the mood for a very simple and quick but yummy dish here you go. That's the mood I was in when I made this.

Ingredients:

2 cups uncooked bow tie pasta
1 cup frozen broccoli stir-fry
1 cup chopped, cooked seasoned chicken breasts
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 cup cashews

Directions:

Serves 4.

Cook pasta al dente according to package directions and then drain.

Meanwhile, saute veggies over med heat for a couple of minutes. Then add the chicken breast, teriyaki and soy sauce. Saute a couple of minutes more until the chicken is heated through.

Stir in the cashews and pasta and continue to cook just until heated through. Serve.

See, easy and quick.
