Chicken and Bacon Pizza

Yet another pizza. It's very flavorful and yummy. Hope you enjoy.

2 7-in thin pizza crusts
olive oil cooking spray
2 tablespoons chopped yellow onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup cooked seasoned chicken, cut into bite sized pieces
4 slices center cut bacon, cooked and crumbled
6 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
4 tablespoons feta cheese
7-10 grape tomatoes, sliced in half
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms

Spray a non-stick saute pan with the cooking spray. Saute the onions and garlic for a couple of minutes until the onions are tender.

Spray both crusts with the cooking spray and the top each with half of the garlic and onion mixture. Divide the rest of the ingredients between the two crusts. I like to layer as follows:

Parmesan cheese (about 2/3)
feta cheese
remaining Parmesan

Then bake at 425 for 10-15 minutes till cheese and crust are as brown as you want them.

Calories: about 520 per pizza, 130 per 1/4
