4 Cheese Pizza with Corn, Bacon and Sauteed Onions

Makes 1 pizza (size depends on the thickness of your crust)

1 pkg fresh pizza dough
8 slices bacon
1 yellow onion, sliced into ring and then in half again
Olive Oil
Mozarella Cheese, grated
Jarlsberg Cheese, grated
Parmesan Cheese, grated
Blue Cheese, crumbled
1/2 of 1 can of corn, drained

Let pizza dough sit on the counter for 1 hour.

Meanwhile fry the bacon. Drain on paper towels, reserving some of the fat in the pan.

Saute onions in reserved bacon grease till tender.

When an hour has passed preheat the oven to 400 and roll the pizza out to the desired thickness.

Brush olive oil lightly over the surface. Then top with as much mozarella, jarlsberg and parmesan cheese as you like.  Sprinkle the bacon on top of the cheese and layer the onions and corn on.  Top with crumbled blue cheese and more parmesan and jarlsberg cheese.

Bake for 18-15 minutes till the crust is browned and the cheese is melted.
